Mohammad Sahnoun, chief of staff of the international foundation for youth and childhood , university student in the faculty of law and political sciences, a member of the Supreme Council for Arab and International Youth, is proficient in the basics of the Spanish language, a graduate of the Higher Normal School in Bouzarieh, specializing in Arabic language and literature. He had many participations in university clubs, most notably those with the Al-Ma’ali Educational Club as its relations officer. He participated in several organized activities at the level of official bodies. He also participated in organizing several international and national conferences. He worked in student representation. He is inclined towards diplomacy, administration and management. He is responsible for managing a youth meeting for students of the Normal High School from Istanbul, Turkey, and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Nouri Ahmed Toufik, born on February 15, 1987, is an academic and expert in sociology, communication, and organizational management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology – specializing in Organization and Work, as well as three Master’s degrees in Family and Society, Communication, and Organizational Management and Administration. Additionally, he has earned a Higher Technician Certificate in Documentation and Archiving.

His professional journey is enriched by extensive international training and study visits, having participated in multiple specialized programs across various countries:

Spain (2010): Training in Volunteer Work Management, organized by a Spanish training center.

Bahrain (2014): Specialized training on Heritage and Tourism.

Currently, he serves as the President of a National Organization for Youth Awareness, playing a pivotal role in empowering and educating young people. In addition, he holds the position of Secretary-General of the International Foundation for Youth and Childhood, where he actively contributes to global youth initiatives. Furthermore, he is the Secretary-General of the High Economic Authority for Investment and Real Estate Promotion, focusing on economic development and strategic investment projects.
